1. Booking request
You can easily book your holiday online on You can browse through all of our travel arrangements before booking one or more travel components. You can submit your (non-binding) itinerary online. Before confirming your booking we will always send you a personalised quotation. Only after your explicit agreement we will confirm your accommodation(s), car rentals, excursions and/or other travel arrangements. All holidays listed on this website are covered by SGR’s guarantee (Travel Refund Guarantee Fund).

2. Acknowledgement
You will receive an acknowledgement via email after having filled out our application form online. Please note that this is an automatically generated confirmation indicating that we have received your booking request. However, this email is not yet a confirmation of your booking.

3. Preferences
a. If you have any preferences concerning your booking, Sardinia4all will communicate them to the local supplier(s). However, since we depend on the accommodation(s), we can't guarantee that they will be granted.
b. When booking a rental car: the car type offered in the travel proposal is an indication. You always book a car category rather than a specific make or model. Different car types fall within each category, but the specifications will always meet the ones of the car type we proposed. It's not possibile to book a specific make or model.

4. Booking confirmation
After having decided to book your holiday with Sardinia4all, you will receive the booking confirmation, the voucher(s) and invoice by email. In case you don't have an email address, we can send you your travel documents by post,* in which case an administration fee of € 20 per booking will be charged.

5. Your personal "my Sardinia" domain
Each costumer of Sardinia4all will receive a password protected personal account on, where you have access to the details concerning your booking at all times. Here you can find your personal details, travel documents, invoice, payments; upload your photos and plan your own trip. Even though we make every effort to be as accurate as possible, imperfections may occur, for which Sardinia4all cannot be held liable. No rights can be derived from the contents of your My Sardinia account. View your personal account here.

6. Travel insurance
It's important to arrange insurance when booking a holiday. It's possible to buy travel insurance and/or trip cancellation protection during the booking process via Allianz Global Assistance. Travel insurance may prevent unnecessary costs in case of unexpected scenarios ranging from inconveniences to calamities. We're happy to help you find the insurance plan that's right for you.

7. Opinion
We highly value your opinion. After returning home, Sardinia4all will ask you to take a short survey which is meant to improve our service and to inform future travellers about the accommodations you visited.

Terms & Conditions

We try our best to match your expectations concerning your trip and the accommodations as well as possible to make sure you enjoy a carefree holiday. Before confirming your booking, we kindly ask you to thoroughly read our terms & conditions.

1. Dates & Prices
a. The prices shown on for hotels, agriturismos, camping villages and b&b's are almost always per person per night. The prices of a holiday home and/or apartment may be per night or per week. The same goes for campers and rental cars. The conditions are specified next to the price overview Data & Prices.
b. Sardinia4all shows the official rates online. Depending on supply and demand (last-minute) offers may apply. An additional benefit of booking with us, instead of booking directly with the local supplier, is that Sardinia4all is affiliated with SGR, ensuring that the money you prepaid for your travel arrangement(s) is guaranteed.
c. Any mandatory additional costs are mentioned on our website and in your personalised travel plan. These surcharges are to be paid on site. For many holiday homes, villas and apartments a deposit is required, which will be returned to you if the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition. The handling is in all cases a matter between you and the accommodation. Sardinia4all is in no way liable.
d. Depending on the location and on the type of accommodation tourist tax in Sardinia varies. You are required to pay these surcharges on site.
e. Sardinia4all applies a € 24,90 booking fee per booking. In case of multiple online requests we will combine your requests into one booking, for which the reservation fee will be charged only once.

2. Payment
Together with the confirmation of your booking we will send you the price overview of your holiday and the invoice. We kindly ask you to settle payment by bank transfer. We don't accept payment by credit card. All payments will be visible in your My Sardinia account.

Unless otherwise indicated Sardinia4all uses the following terms of payment:
a. A deposit
We require a deposit of 30% of the total sum upon confirmation of your reservation.
b. The remaining sum
The remaining 70% is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
c. Payment of a last-minute booking
In case of a departure within 6 weeks full payment is required.
d. Late or missed payments
In the event of a missed or late payment of the invoice, Sardinia4all will send a notice of default together with a reminder by email requesting the client to settle the outstanding amount immediately. If payment is not made Sardinia4all will cancel the booking on the day of default, for which a cancellation fee will be charged (see paragraph 4).

3. Modifying a booking
If you’d like to change any aspect of your stay (f.e. add or switch travellers*, excursions, register name changes, change the dates etc.) Sardinia4all will charge a € 25 administration fee. Changes can be made up to 3 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Should you like to book an additional accommodation a/o rental car, no extra fees will be charged.

* Should a member of your travel party be unable to travel with you, it is possible to replace said traveller with another participant (note: this is only possibile when timely requested). An administrative fee will be charged.

4. Cancellation of your booking
If you cancel some or all portions of your booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective if we receive written confirmation of the cancellation by email (sent to Cancellations sent outside of office hours will be read on the first following working day. Some accommodations may apply other cancellation policies than the standard Sardinia4all cancellation policy as mentioned below. Nonstandard cancellation policies will be mentioned in your personalised travel plan and on your booking confirmation.

Sardinia4all's cancellation policy is based on the number of days prior to departure. In the event of a cancellation of (an) accommodation(s)* and rental car ** the following applies:

• Up to 43 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total sum
• 42 - 30 days prior to arrival: 35% of the total sum
• 29 - 21 days prior to arrival: 40% of the total sum
• 20 - 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total sum
• From 7 days prior to arrival: 95% of the total sum
• In case of a "no show" or in case of early departure: 100% of the total sum

* Different conditions may applied for holiday homes, villas and apartments
** If you book a rental car with flex service, the vehicle can be canceled free of charge up to 4 hours before arrival.

Excursions can be canceled for free of charge up to 4 days before, 100% will be charged from 3 days before. For cancellations of ferries, campers and/or airline tickets, 100% will be charged as standard.

5. Complaints
We hope that you will enjoy a carefree holiday without any complaints. Please note that a holiday abroad means getting to know other people and different customs and habits. This is of course one of the charms of going on holiday, but it's also an important aspect to bear in mind. When booking a basic accommodation you can't expect 5-star facilities. There's a possibility of constructional activities at your destination. During the low season the opening hours of shopping malls and other facilities might be limited. In southern Europe water and electricity supplies differ from the ones in north-western Europe. Pests, such as cockroaches, might be present (not because of insufficient hygiene, but because of the Mediterranean climate).

If you have a complaint or if you are dissatisfied with your accommodation please proceed as follows:
a. Please notify the host of your accommodation immediately. The accommodation is responsible.
b. If you and the accommodation can't find a solution, please notify Sardinia4all (via +31 (0)71 3020171). We will contact the host of the accommodation and we will try our best to find an appropriate solution for you.

6. Liability
a. Despite the fact that Sardinia4all has compiled the contents on the website of Sardinia4all with the greatest care, the information shown on our website might not be current or accurate. The photos on our website are provided by the accommodations or suppliers or they are created by the travel experts of Sardinia4all or by our clients. The photos are meant to give you an impression of the accommodation. Since not all rooms, apartments or other accommodations are identical, your room or apartment might not (entirely) represent the ones in the picture(s) on our website. Sardinia4all cannot be held responsible for printing errors.
b. Sardinia4all reserves the right to change the prices and information mentioned on the website without warning in case they contain inaccuracies. Sardinia4all is in no way liable for any damage as a direct or indirect result of or in connection with the use of the information available on our website or the (possibile) temporary unavailability of our website. This disclaimer is not intended to exclude liability in cases where the exclusion of liability is not allowed according to the applicable Dutch law.
c. Sardinia4all is not responsible or liable in any manner for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal property or for any other liability arising from events during the trip. This also applies to the partner organisations that Sardinia4all works with. The traveller booking the vacation is entirely liable for all fellow travelers signed up by him/her. During your stay Sardinia4all will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or destruction. The costs will have to be refunded by the responsible person at all times.
If Sardinia4all is requested by the traveller to book various tourist services, involving separate third party services (Dynamic Packaging), Sardinia4all can not be regarded as a tour operator and will therefore accept no liability.

7. Privacy policy
To confirm your booking we require various personal details, including your full name(s), date of birth, address, telephone number and email address. These personal details will be collected and filed in our customer base to provide our service to you, for direct marketing purposes and to facilitate and improve our service to you and to our customers in the future. Sardinia4all is committed to respecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information. Sardinia4all will take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unlawful use, as stated under Dutch/European applicable data protection law (WBP and AVG). 4allvakanties ( van Beethovenlaan 69b, 2253 BE Voorschoten, The Netherlands) is responsible for the collection and use of your personal data described in this privacy policy.

To handle your booking and to fulfill your travel arrangements, it might be necessary to share your personal data (together with any preferences) with our suppliers. Sardinia4all could also ask you for contact details of an emergency contact at home. These details will only be used during your stay if absolutely necessary. Your personal details will in no case be shared with or sold to third parties without your permission.

E-marketing is very important to Sardinia4all. Customers will receive Sardinia4all's newsletter. You can stop receiving our promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in every email or by unsubscribing on our website.

Should you have any questions regarding our treatment of your personal details, please don't hesitate to contact us. You can request access to your personal data at all times. 9. Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden (SGR): Travel Refund Guarantee Fund
Sardinia4all (Chamber of Commerce registration number 52615324) is a registered participant of SGR. You can verify this on Holidays listed on this website are covered by SGR’s guarantee, within the terms of the SGR guarantee scheme. Under SGR’s guarantee, consumers shall have their prepaid travel sum refunded if their counterparty is unable to fulfill its contractual obligations due to financial inability. Insofar as the agreement includes the transport and the destination has already been reached, the return trip will be arranged.
