It is comfortably furnished and there are three bedrooms. Beautiful is the large panoramic terrace where you dream away with a breathtaking view over the bay Golfo di Marinella.

Beautiful house in a complex with parking, on the well-known Costa Smeralda in the north of Sardinia. Casa Azzurra is a nice base to explore Northern Sardinia and is of course also a perfect place for all beach lovers. A few minutes' drive away is the sandy beach Marinella - where you can also practice many water sports - and in addition, of course, there are also numerous other fabulous bays in this area. The fashionable coastal town of Porto Rotondo is less than four kilometers from Casa Azzurra. Here you can admire super-luxurious yachts in the summer that moor in the circular tourist harbor, stroll past boutiques or perch on terraces on Piazzetta San Marco.

Porto Rotondo
Porto Rotondo is located on the Golfo di Marinella, the most southern area of the Costa Smeralda at ca. 16 kilometres from Olbia. There are many shops and galleries along the quay and near the Piazzetta San Marco. The cafes and restaurants are filled with visitors during the summer months, but in the low season it’s fairly quiet, sometimes deserted even.
We recommend visiting the San Lorenzo Church with the wooden biblical figures by Mario Ceroli, and the peninsula Punta della Volpe, dividing the Golfo di Marinella and the Golfo di Cugnana. There are various water sports facilities near the quay of Marina di Porto Rotondo, such as diving, snorkelling, surfing and stand up paddling.
