Situated near the sea, inexpensive, partly renovated, air-conditioned holiday apartment on the first floor. This functional 5 persons apartment is about 400 metres from the beach and has a new kitchen and also a renovated bathroom.
About the accommodation
The quiet holiday area Rei Playa consists of terraced houses and apartments. Our apartment is located at Via delle Tamerici and has a small enclosed garden with outdoor shower and barbecue. Through an external staircase you will reach the first floor. The apartment has a new kitchen, new bathroom and is suitable for a family or two couples. A fifth sofa bed can be added. At 100 meters from the apartment there is a supermarket, restaurants and a pizzeria. At a short distance you wil found on Thursdays and Saturdays a small weekly market. At a 5 minutes walk there is the beautiful, endless beach of Playa Rey.
Rooms
You can look out over the neighborhood from the large covered terrace. Thanks to the presence of a comfortable sofa and a large dining area, this outside space actually forms a second living room. From the living room inside - with renovated kitchen and rustic dining area - provides access to the two air-conditioned double bedrooms. There is also a renovated bathroom with shower.

Costa Rei
Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.).
