Activities
The charming seaside village of Villasimius, home to around 3,500 residents, is famous for its fine sandy beaches and its intensely turquoise, almost Caribbean-like waters. Beaches such as Simius, Porto Giunco, Timi Ama and Punta Molentis rank among the most beautiful on the island.
This little house is located in a quiet holiday residence, slightly away from the main routes of Villasimius. The terraced houses around the two bays of Porto Luna are mostly privately owned and, with only limited parking available, this corner remains pleasantly peaceful even in high season. Your nearest beach, the small bay of Porto Luna, is just 300 metres away. A scenic coastal path leads you within five minutes to Spiaggia di Manunzas. Continue walking along the coast and you will reach the dreamlike bay of Punta Molentis, where crystal-clear blue water, white sand and a charming beach bar await.
Villasimius itself has an elegant, lively atmosphere: during the day, life revolves around the beaches; in the evening, visitors stroll along the vibrant Via del Mare, lined with boutiques, gelaterias, restaurants and bars. In peak season, shops stay open until midnight and nightlife around Piazza Giovanni continues into the early hours.
