At the heart of Spartaco Eco Retreat lies its spacious swimming pool, beautifully integrated into the Mediterranean landscape. Surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean scrub, striking granite boulders and mature trees, it offers a refreshing escape on warm summer days as well as a peaceful place to unwind. Comfortable sun loungers and shady spots invite guests to read a good book, soak up the natural surroundings or simply enjoy the soothing tranquillity.
The heated shared swimming pool is available to guests of both villas and all three suites. Thanks to the intentionally intimate scale of the retreat, with only a handful of accommodations, the atmosphere always remains relaxed, peaceful and private.

Casa Pietra – 80 m² | up to 5 guests is an authentic Gallura stazzo, carefully restored with exposed stone walls, wooden beams and natural materials. It features a separate double bedroom and a second sleeping area with a double bed on a characteristic open mezzanine; an additional fifth bed can be provided on request. The house also has one bathroom, a living area with equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a shaded patio overlooking the garden. The shared swimming pool is about 20 metres away.

Casa Rosa – 60 m² | up to 5 guests is inspired by traditional country houses and offers bright, welcoming interiors overlooking the shared heated swimming pool. It features two separate air-conditioned double bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed for the fifth guest. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious covered veranda with table, chairs and a relaxation area make it ideal for enjoying outdoor living.

Suite Ulivo – 30 m² | up to 3 guests is an intimate and practical suite, ideal for a couple but also suitable for three guests. It features an air-conditioned double bedroom, one bathroom and a living area with equipped kitchenette, where an additional bed can be provided on request. The furnished patio opens onto the shared garden, while the heated swimming pool is about 20 metres away. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also available.

Suite Mirto – 60 m² | up to 5 guests is arranged entirely on one level and is particularly suitable for families, two couples or small groups. It offers two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus an additional bed for the fifth guest. Facilities also include an equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a patio with dining table overlooking the shared garden. The heated swimming pool is about 20 metres away.

Suite Ginepro – 30 m² | up to 3 guests is a cosy and welcoming suite with warm details and a pleasant outlook onto the greenery. It features an air-conditioned double bedroom, one bathroom and a living area with equipped kitchen, where an additional bed can be provided on request. The furnished patio with dining table opens onto the shared garden, and the heated swimming pool is just a few steps away, about 20 metres from the suite.

All accomodations feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, coffee machine, refrigerator, cable TV, hairdryer and a private bathroom. Each accommodation enjoys wonderful views of the granite landscape, the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean garden.
