The semi-detached apartments of Cala Verde are located on the coastline of Santa Margherita di Pula, in a quiet area only accessible to guests staying in the residence. You can (un)load your car at your apartment, but to keep the park as safe as possible cars have to be parked at the entrance.
Apartments
The comfortable holiday homes of Cala Verde each have a private garden or terrace. The interior of the apartments may vary mutually, depending on the owners’ tastes. Depending on the location of your apartment, the beach is just 150 – 600 metres away. The apartments consist of 1 or 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests.
Facilities
A path leads directly from Cala Verde to the broad sandy beach and turquoise sea. Because of the gradually deepening of the water it’s very child-friendly. At the bar at the beach you can rent lounge chairs and parasols or order a refreshing drink. For a small surcharge you can take a refreshing dive in the residence’s swimming pool (opened only during the summer months). Cala Verde has a private restaurant, playground and tennis court. There’s a supermarket at 500 metres from the accommodation. The lively village of Pula is just 10 kilometres away.

The beautiful coastline at ca. 35 kilometres from Cagliari, stretching from Nora beyond Pula, is known as Santa Margherita di Pula. The corresponding village of Pula is a popular holiday resort during the summer months. It houses numerous restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours and the shops are often opened until midnight. Various activities are organised regularly at the central “piazza”. The broad sandy beaches along the coast of Santa Margherita di Pula are alternated with hotels, holiday homes and resorts.

The province of Cagliari and its eponymous capital are located in south-west Sardinia. The daily ferries from Napels and Civitavecchia and large cruise liners sailing the Mediterranean moor in Cagliari’s marina, which is situated right in front of the city centre, along the Via Roma. The city's own sandy beach Poetto (pronunciation: po-etto), stretching out for 8 kilometres, is very popular among the locals from April/May through the beginning of October. Located a few kilometres from the centre of Sardinia's capital, Cagliari-Elmas International Airport connects the capital to the main land.
