Travel by quad from San Teodoro into the rugged mountain landscape of Monte Nieddu. Ride along dirt tracks through fragrant Mediterranean scrub, past granite rocks and natural pools. This varied tour is ideal for anyone wishing to experience Sardinia’s natural beauty actively while enjoying plenty of excitement behind the handlebars.
After a short safety briefing, you will set off from Straulas, near San Teodoro. The approximately four-hour tour follows unpaved trails through the Mediterranean landscape of Monte Nieddu. Exciting stretches alternate with magnificent views of the coast and the Gallura hinterland.
One of the highlights is the natural pools of the Rio Pitrisconi, carved into the granite by the stream over time. If the weather and water levels permit, there will be time for a refreshing swim. Along the way, you will enjoy a small Sardinian aperitif with cured meats, cheese, bread and drinks in a panoramic setting before returning by quad to the starting point.
