These identical holiday apartments are on one level and offer the perfect holiday solution if you want to have the sea in view and reach.
About the accommodation
These small appartement solutions type I Ginepri with a wonderful panoramic view and many comforts are perfect for holidays in all seasons at Sardinias magnifiecient Costa Rei coast. These appartements are in a quiet setting and the small service road is only accessible to residents. We can also offer two adjacent apartments for families with friends.
The best spot in these apartments is the sheltered, terrace with a fantastic view. A staircase leads to the garden section, which is below the apartment.
When you enter the house, you are immediately in a living and dining room with air conditioning, a double sofa bed and a modern kitchenette. It is equipped with a stove, oven and dishwasher - you can do more than just prepare snacks here!

Activities
The Ginepri apartments are a short distance from the center of Costa Rei. Within 15 minutes you can reach the beach, a supermarket and restaurants by foot. Please note that the return journey from the beach or the center is via a sloping road. Various bars and restaurants are open on Sa Murta beach during the holiday season. Apartments are also suitable to stay in during the winter months as these apartments have a heating system and are well isolated.

Costa Rei
Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.). The area is popular among tourists because of the beautiful beaches with fine white sand and the sports facilities such as canoeing, sailing, surfing, diving and trekking.
