Ideal for large families or two couples with children, as the house offers three separate bedrooms. The highlight of this villa is the beautiful panoramic garden with sea view. From villa Borla it is only a five minute walk to the beach.

The three bedrooms are located in the rear of the house where it stays cooler. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, another with a single bed and another pull-out single bed. For the warm season, the apartment is air-conditioned.
Activities
The holiday home is located on a slope in the small area of Sa Murta Alta, in the southern part of Costa Rei. There is a quiet stretch of beach within walking distance, which is actually only visited by the residents. For lunch you can visit the Ristorante Chaplin, which is known for its delicious fish and pasta specialties at fair prices. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pubs in Costa Rei can also be reached in a few minutes.
