About the accommodation
At Hotel Resort I Giardini di Cala Ginepro you’ll be staying on a half board basis (wine and water included), but it’s possible to upgrade to full board as well. The hotel rooms are housed in several 2-storey buildings in between lush gardens and cosy piazzas. In several of the double rooms 1 to 3 extra beds can be placed on request. Depending on the location of your room, the beach is just 300 to 500 metres away. All basic yet comfortable rooms feature air-conditioning, central heating, a tv, minibar, phone, safe and hairdryer. Most rooms have a balcony or porch as well.

I Giardini di Cala Ginepro offers several facilities, among which multiple swimming pools, a paddle pool and lounge chairs and parasols. There’s a playground for the kids and you can partake in various sportive activities, such as canoeing, beach volley, table tennis, and petanque. During the high season a Club Card is mandatory (4+ yr.). This card allows you to use the lounge chairs and parasols on the beach from the 3rd row upwards, to join the entertainment program, mini club and various tournaments.

Orosei
Orosei is a municipality in the province of Nuoro on the east coast of Sardinia. The coastal town was founded by the Romans. In the Middle Ages it was an important mooring port. Situated in the hilly landscape, in between the Supramonte and the Cedrino River, Orosei is a popular destination during the summer months.
The historic city centre, characterized by numerous narrow alleys and old homes, houses many beautiful churches, such as the Santa Maria e Mare, located near the estuary of the river, dating back to the 13th century, where on the last Sunday in May a procession by boat starts, carrying the Virgin’s statue down the river.
