Accommodation Types at Baia Caddinas

• Family Studio STX (2 adults + 1 child)
Located in the 3-star garden area. Features a living area with a double bed, a separate sleeping area with a single bed, and a bathroom with shower. Units are located either on the ground floor with a terrace or on the first floor with a furnished balcony. Some studios have a kitchenette, available for an additional €10 per day. If used, it must be left thoroughly clean; otherwise, additional charges may apply.

• Family Apartment APX (2–4 guests)
Located in the 3-star garden area. Features a living area with a double sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. Depending on the location, apartments have either a ground-floor terrace or a furnished balcony on the first floor. Some units have a kitchenette, available for an additional €10 per day. If used, it must be left thoroughly clean; otherwise, additional charges may apply.

• Superior Room (2 adults + 1 child)
Located in the main hotel building. Features a double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a furnished balcony. An extra bed is available for a child under 12 years of age.

• Family Suite (2–4 guests)
Located in the main hotel building. Depending on the suite assigned by the hotel, accommodation consists either of a living area with two sofa beds and a separate bedroom with a double bed, or of a bedroom with a double bed, a small sitting area, and a second bedroom with either two single beds or a bunk bed and a single bed. Includes a bathroom with shower and a furnished balcony.

• Queen Family Suite (4–6 guests)
Located in the main hotel building. Features a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two beds, and a living area where a fifth and sixth bed can be added. Includes a bathroom with shower and a furnished balcony.

• King Family Suite (4–6 guests)
Located in the main hotel building. Features a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with either two single beds or a bunk bed and a single bed, and a second bathroom with shower. Also includes a spacious living area with space for two additional beds and a furnished balcony.

• Mare Sky Room (2 guests)
Located on the first floor and accessible only via an external staircase. Offering a high degree of privacy, this room is suitable for couples only. Features a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with hot tub. Breakfast can be served on the private terrace for an additional charge.

• Mare Family Suite (2–4 guests)
Located in the spacious garden or in an elevated panoramic position, accessible via dedicated pathways. The suite features a bedroom with a double bed and large windows, a living area, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a furnished terrace.
