Villa Cannigione, La Conia - Sardinia

This house is one of the first houses built in La Conia, and is in such an enviable position that anyone would want to spend a holiday here. A garden gate gives direct access to the small sandy beach of La Conia. The villa is tastefully furnished and has a spacious living room of approximately forty square meters. This is equipped with fireplace and piano and offers a comfortable sofa. Patio doors lead to the dining room overlooking the covered terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. Directly behind it is the large garden with plenty of space to relax, sunbathe and enough space for the children to play. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven and refrigerator and from this area you have access to the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a covered veranda.

Room for ten people! There are 5 rooms: 2 doubles with ensuite shower room; 1 double room with ensuite bathroom with bathtub; 1 double room with two single beds that can be put together to form a double bed, again with an en-suite bathroom but no shower. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. Also on the ground floor is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and a small shower.

The former fishing village of Cannigione is part of the municipality of Arzachena and is known for its marina and sports port. Several tour boats depart from the harbor to the Maddalena archipelago, but Cannigione has even more to offer! In recent years, numerous shops, nice restaurants and aperitivo bars have been established and have transformed the village into a cozy holiday destination in Sardinia. Immediately north of Cannigione as far as Palau and La Conia you will find countless beautiful beaches. In La Conia you will also find several shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches such as Tanca Manna and Mannena.
