About the accommodation
Le Ville, the residence and hotel Il Borgo together form the Resort Cala di Falco. This high quality and well-cared for complex is located amidst beautiful rock formations, piazzas and gardens at just 100 metres from the charming town of Cannigione. The tourist port and countless small shops here make for a beautiful destination during an evening walk. The public beach of Cannigione, where you can rent lounge chairs and parasols, is just a few metres from the hotel’s most important swimming pool. After having crossed the street, all roads will lead to the beautiful beaches in the bay of Arzachena. A shuttle service to bring you here is available during the high season as well. The Delphina Express can sail you to other beach paradises in the neighbourhood, such as La Maddalena or the Costa Smeralda.
The resort features 3 swimming pools, the biggest of which is reserved for guest staying at the hotel and villas. All pools are surrounded by lounging chairs and parasols. There’s a separate area for kids staying at the mini club (under constant supervision). The smaller pool, provided with chairs and parasols as well, is reserved for the guests staying at the Rotonda apartments.

Le Ville di Cala di Falco consists of elegant villas that will ensure you’ll enjoy an exclusive holiday during your stay in villa Asfodeli or villa Erica with sea view (5 guests); villa Dracena (7 guests); Villa Corbezzolo and Villa Ginestra with sea view (8 guests). All villas are provided with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a living room and a spacious private terrace or garden with seating arrangement.
Guests staying in one of the villas can enjoy the resort's various sports facilities, such as the tennis court, beach volleyball field and swimming pool. In the high season there are a baby and mini club for the kids and a shuttle service to the beach. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the resort’s restaurants.

Cannigione
The former fishing village of Cannigione is part of Arzachena and is known for its marina and sports harbour. Nowadays numerous of excursion boats to the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago depart from the harbour. But Cannigione has more to offer! In the last view years lot of shops, nice restaurants and aperitivo bars have been established and the former fishing village transformed into a pleasant stay for your holiday. Just north of Cannigione is a beautiful beach, along the coast towards Palau there you will find the new holiday area La Conia. La Conia does not have a city center, but restaurants and pizzerias located by the sea. The fantastic beaches of Tanca Manna and Mannena are just a few minutes' drive north.
