About the accommodation
Designed by star architect Massimiliano Fuksas, the villa ranks among the most exclusive residences within the prestigious Is Molas Resort near Pula. The spatial concept is deliberately fluid: when the glass doors in the living area are fully opened, interior and exterior merge into one airy living landscape with views stretching to the sea.
The outdoor area also sets striking accents: the elegant 40 sqm pool integrates seamlessly into the minimalist design and invites guests to unwind under the Sardinian sun.

Rooms
On the ground floor, the kitchen, glass-enclosed dining area, and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom form a light-filled, open unit. Large glass fronts bring the surrounding landscape indoors, creating an impressive connection with nature. A second bathroom completes this level. Upstairs, guests will find another bedroom with a private bathroom and a spacious terrace featuring a wellness area and Jacuzzi – a secluded haven for relaxation.
Activities
The southern location allows easy access to some of the region’s most remarkable sights, including the archaeological park of Nora and the Church of Sant’Efisio. Dreamlike beaches, crystal-clear waters, excellent restaurants, and numerous outdoor activities define the surroundings.
A particular highlight is the internationally renowned 27-hole Is Molas golf course, available to villa guests alongside the resort’s services. Upon request, a private chef can provide exclusive culinary experiences.

Pula
Pula is located on the south coast, ca. 25 kilometres south-west of Cagliari. This lively village is a popular holiday resort during the summer months. It houses numerous restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours and the shops are often opened until midnight. Various activities are organised regularly at the central “piazza”.
The beautiful coastline, stretching from Nora beyond Pula, is known as Santa Margherita di Pula. The broad sandy beaches are alternated with hotels, holiday homes and resorts.
Golf aficionados can visit the 27-holes Is Molas golf course, one of the oldest in Italy.
We highly recommend visiting the ruins of the ancient city of Nora, dating back to the 8th or 9th century B.C. The Phoenicians, Carthaginians and Romans have left imposing traces in this archaeological zone. In Roman Ages (ca. 238 AD) it used to be the capital of the “province” of Sardinia.
A procession is held each year from the 1st to the 4th of May from Cagliari’s Sant’Efisio Church to Pula’s eponymous 11th-century Romanesque Church of Sant'Efisio of Nora. This procession, showing an enormous variety of local costumes, is definitely worth a visit.

The province of Cagliari and its eponymous capital are located in south-west Sardinia. The daily ferries from Napels and Civitavecchia and large cruise liners sailing the Mediterranean moor in Cagliari’s marina, which is situated right in front of the city centre, along the Via Roma. The city's own sandy beach Poetto (pronunciation: po-etto), stretching out for 8 kilometres, is very popular among the locals from April/May through the beginning of October. Located a few kilometres from the centre of Sardinia's capital, Cagliari-Elmas International Airport connects the capital to the main land.
