Villa Paradiso di Cala Corallina, Porto Cervo - Sardinia

In an area rich in beautiful sandy beaches, is located our holiday home Villa Paradiso di Cala Corallina. The property is part of a park of about 30 residential units and is surrounded by a rich Mediterranean vegetation that extends to the sea. From the private garden, you can walk through a gate to the beach of Cala Granu. Also great is the presence of a communal pool.

The Villa is spread over three floors. The entrance on the ground floor gives direct access to the living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher. From the living room you have access to the large panoramic terrace with sea view, furnished with a cozy dining area and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower. Trough the stairs from the living room you reach the first floor where you'll find another double room, again with private bathroom with shower. This room also has a terrace with sea view. Via an outside staircase you have access to the third terrace of the villa. Also from here you look out over the sea and you can relax in the jacuzzi on the terrace. On this floor - with access from the outside - is also the third bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Villa Paradiso has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine.

A holiday world with chic restaurants and hotels, high-quality leisure and sports facilities such as the tennis courts in the heart of the village, the Pevero golf course and one of the most modern marinas on the Mediterranean. The neo-Sardinian style of the houses are created especially for this region by various architects. The heart of Porto Cervo is a ten minute drive from this villa. The small streets, cozy corners and beautifully overgrown paths and of course the famous piazzetta of Porto Cervo are great for the "Italian passeggiata" every evening.
