The swimming pool provides welcome refreshment, while flexible catering options – from breakfast to self-catering – ensure a particularly comfortable stay.
About the accommodation
Welcome to the wild west coast of Sardinia, in this charming agriturismo with beautiful sea views. Surrounded by an almost untouched landscape, you can enjoy peace, space and the authentic spirit of Sardinia. The coastline here is rougher and rockier than in other parts of the island, yet this is exactly what makes it so appealing: wide horizons, striking rock formations and spectacular sunsets define the scenery.
Although the nearest beach is a few kilometres away, the swimming pool offers a refreshing alternative at any time. Thanks to flexible board options – breakfast, half board or self-catering – your stay can be tailored entirely to your preferences. If you prefer to leave the cooking aside, the on-site restaurant is at your service, where Gavino and his family serve hearty Sardinian cuisine, prepared with many ingredients from their own farm.

Activities
This region is considered one of the last almost untouched areas of Sardinia. The gentle hills west of Sassari are still strongly shaped by agriculture and have largely escaped mass tourism. It is here that the island reveals its most authentic character – peaceful, wide-open and genuine. At the same time, the sea is always close at hand: particularly impressive are the small coves around the former silver mines of Argentiera, where rugged cliffs, turquoise waters and history merge in a truly unique way.
Despite its secluded setting, many attractive excursion destinations are easily accessible. Within around 45 minutes you can reach charming towns such as Alghero or Castelsardo, whose historic old quarters, lively harbours and small cafés radiate Mediterranean flair. After only about 30 minutes, Stintino awaits with its famous beaches and views of the island of Asinara, now a protected national park renowned for its exceptional natural diversity.
Culinary pleasures are also well taken care of: the on-site restaurant serves authentic Sardinian cuisine. Those who prefer a relaxed evening can enjoy the spacious terraces, outdoor areas and the sea-view swimming pool – perfect settings for long summer nights beneath Sardinia’s vast open sky.

Sassari
This dynamic city is the second largest in Sardinia. If you want to visit Sassari, we recommend parking near the train station. From here the historic city centre with its numerous churches and squares is within easy walking distance. The Gothic S. Nicola cathedral and its beautiful baroque façade, the 13th century S. Maria di Bethlehem, the 13th century San Pietro di Silki and the various Liberty style palazzos, such as the Palazzo Ducale and the Palazzo Giordano, are definitely worth a visit. Don’t forget to visit the Fontana dello Rosello!
Sassari is known for its 2 annual events; Cavalcata Sarda and the Candalieri, the “chandelier procession”. The first takes place on Ascension Day, usually the penultimate Sunday of May, featuring a horseback parade and a display of the embroidered and decorated traditional Sardinian costumes. The second, on the afternoon of August 14, involves the bearing around of enormous wooden “candlesticks” through the old town.

Discover the north-western province of Sassari
The province of Sassari is a fairly well-known province, due to the presence of the Fertilia Airport near Alghero which draws in many a tourist. Its eponymous capital, whose city centre consists of numerous narrow alleys, has a rich history. Villages such as Alghero, Stintino and the picturesque seaside town Castelsardo are the main highlights in the area, although the capital Sassari, which has been extensively renovated over the past years, is definitely worth a visit too.
