On the large 8-hectare estate, the hospitable Annelien and Eric run this beautifully restored farmhouse. Here you experience country life, yet you are at the coast in no time. From here, you can visit the beaches of Rena Majori, Cala Pischina, Monti Russo, and Lu Litaroni.
Annelien and Eric offer unique accommodations on their estate: a farmhouse stag, a cabin, and a tiny house. The estate is surrounded by forests, open fields, and granite rocks shaped by time; here you feel creativity and a deep connection with nature.

In total, there are 3 accommodation units on the estate:

Stazzu (2 to 4 people)
Stazzu Li Litarreddi, a beautifully restored 250-year-old farmhouse where history and modern comfort come together.
The house has been fully renovated and features a spacious, modern kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. Inside, you will find a comfortable sofa, a dining area for four people, and a cozy wood-burning stove. A separate, restful bedroom offers a double bed for a good night's sleep. The granite walls of this Stazzu ensure a cool space during hot summers, while the modern stove makes it wonderfully cozy in the winter.
Outside, your private garden is shaded by 150-year-old almond trees, creating a cool and peaceful spot during the summer months. From here, you can enjoy the sea view and relax in a hammock.

Tiny House (2 to 4 people)
Inside, the 30 m² cabin combines comfort and character. A double bed is situated in a cozy alcove, with windows at the foot of the bed giving you the feeling of sleeping in the middle of the forest. There is a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with four gas burners and a small oven, a comfortable sofa (which can be converted into an extra bed), and a soft armchair, perfect for relaxing. A traditional Italian wood stove provides warmth and atmosphere, while the cabin is fully insulated for year-round comfort. The living and dining room features a large window wall, allowing the outside.

Cabin (2 persons)
Inside, the 12 m² space is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable double bed and panoramic windows on three sides, allowing you to enjoy the view of the forest. A small dining table makes simple, cozy meals possible indoors.
Step outside and enjoy the spacious terraces on both sides: a front terrace for relaxing outdoors and a sheltered rear terrace with an outdoor bar, stovetop, and refrigerator. A warm outdoor shower flows naturally from the rocks, enhancing the connection with the landscape.
In the shaded garden, hammocks invite you to relax. Sanitary facilities are located in a separate building just 20 meters away.
Capacity: 2 persons, possibility to add a travel cot for 1 baby.

Swimming in the sea, sunbathing, cycling, walking, participating in yoga or a course, relaxing in the hot tub, or unwinding in a hammock: everything is possible here on this estate, but don't feel obligated! If you want to leave the beach behind, you can explore the hinterland and enjoy the Sardinian countryside.
