About the accommodation
Villa Laura is one of the first houses built in Costa Rei, when the building land was still cheap and there was still enough space. For this reason, the rooms are wonderfully spacious and there is enough space for 5 to 6 adults. The property is surrounded by greenery and has a wide lawn. The holiday home is also sufficiently shielded from the neighboring houses thanks to the high hedges. The sea side is completely fenced and at the rear of the house you can park two cars in the shade.
Rooms
From the large, well-covered, sheltered and furnished veranda you reach the living area and the fully equipped kitchenette, which is separate from the living area. The sleeping area consists of a bathroom with bath and toilet, a guest toilet with sink and bidet. There is a bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed and the third double room with a French bed and direct access to the veranda.
Activities
Great location - the endless sandy beach of Costa Rei is just a five minute walk away. Anyone who knows this coastal strip will appreciate this stretch of beach of the Turagri holiday complex, because the beach is actually only visited by the residents of the surrounding holiday apartments. The supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pubs in the center of Costa Rei are also within walking distance.

Costa Rei
Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.).
