About the accommodation
This low-rise villa is one of the first beach houses on the coast of Costa Rei that has been be built and is spacious with a large garden. On the wide terrace you can dine or relax on one of the sunbeds. The large living room with fireplace has modern wicker furniture and TV. The kitchen was renovated in 2018 and has a classic-rustic design and is equipped with an electric hob and dishwasher.
Rooms
At the rear of Villa Paluan there is one double bedroom and a children's room with bunk beds as well as a trundle bed and an extra bed for a third and fourth child. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The third bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Activities
This holiday villa is located in a quiet side street near the sea in the Sa Murta Bassa area, surrounded by several holiday homes in the southern part of the Costa Rei. The beach is almost literally on the doorstep and is almost only used by people from the neighborhood. For lunch you can go to Ristorante Chaplin, known for its fish and pasta specialties and family-friendly times and prices. In a few minutes you also reach supermarkets and restaurants and bars of Costa Rei. How about a nice aperitif in Su Nuraxi or delicious fish dishes "Da Max" in ristorante L'Aragosta?

Costa Rei
Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.).
