Beautiful holiday home right on the family beach of Costa Rei, you can hardly find a place where you can stay closer to the sea! The semi-detached house is in good condition, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large terrace and a nice garden. Well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a cosy atmosphere make this beach house perfect even for a holiday in Sardinia during the low season.

About the accommodation

This spacious semi-detached house on the ground floor with garden, large terrace and barbecue is equipped with a new super-equipped kitchen and two newly refurbished bathrooms.
It is ideal for up to seven people. The huge living area with a restored kitchenette (gas cooker, oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster and dishwasher) follows the entrance from the large Sea view terrace. The cozy living area with large sofas, a fireplace and a TV with satellite reception is chic, clean and well cared for and offers a high level of comfort.

Inside the holiday home

In the rear part of the apartment are the two double bedrooms, both with a double bed and then a third bedroom with three single beds. From two of the three bedrooms you've got directly access to garden in the back.

Activities

The fantastic location of this apartment, just 50 meters from the long sandy beach of Costa Rei. Those who already have visited this beach, are in love with this part of the holiday village Sa Murta Bassa en with the famous kiosk Roger Rabbit where you can rent beach beds. In addition, a few steps from the city center of Costa Rei you will find supermarket, restaurants, cafes and a lot of pubs.

Costa Rei

Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.). The area is popular among tourists because of the beautiful beaches with fine white sand and the sports facilities such as canoeing, sailing, surfing, diving and trekking.

The province of Cagliari and its eponymous capital are located in south-west Sardinia. The daily ferries from Napels and Civitavecchia and large cruise liners sailing the Mediterranean moor in Cagliari’s marina, which is situated right in front of the city centre, along the Via Roma. The city's own sandy beach Poetto (pronunciation: po-etto), stretching out for 8 kilometres, is very popular among the locals from April/May through the beginning of October. Located a few kilometres from the centre of Sardinia's capital, Cagliari-Elmas International Airport connects the capital to the main land.
