Every unit features a kitchenette, a renovated bathroom, and is professionally managed on site. An excellent choice for friends or families who wish to spend their holiday close to one another while enjoying their own space.
About the accommodation
The peaceful holiday condo nestled between the two side streets Via delle Agavi and Via delle Tuie consists of simple terraced houses and holiday apartments. Our two identical apartments feature a spacious, fenced garden and newly renovated bathroom facilities, offering comfortable accommodation for a family with up to two children, who can sleep on the fold-out sofa in the living area. Within easy walking distance, you will find a supermarket as well as several restaurants and a pizzeria. The beautiful, seemingly endless beach of Costa Rei is just a three-minute walk away, where even in the off-season a selection of beach lounges and restaurants remain open.
Rooms
The fenced garden of these semi-detached houses can always be kept in view from the spacious, covered terrace. The living area, featuring a compact kitchenette and a functional dining space, provides access to the double bedroom with a matrimonial bed and is equipped with air conditioning. A bathroom with shower is also available. In the garden, guests will find a built-in barbecue grill as well as an outdoor shower with hot water.
Activities
Excellent location – the seemingly endless sandy beach of Costa Rei is just a five-minute walk away. Those familiar with this stretch of coastline particularly appreciate this popular section near the Turagri holiday community, as it is mostly frequented by locals and guests staying in the surrounding holiday apartments. Supermarkets, restaurants, as well as bars and cafés in the center of Costa Rei are also within easy walking distance.

Costa Rei
Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.). The area is popular among tourists because of the beautiful beaches with fine white sand and the sports facilities such as canoeing, sailing, surfing, diving and trekking.
