Villa Stella, Costa Rei - Sardinia

The villa is detached and surrounded by a spacious, unfenced garden with green lawns, native plants and hedges. It is tastefully furnished in a minimalist style and offers all modern comforts for a relaxing stay.

From the main gate along the road, a private unpaved driveway leads to the villa. At the end of the driveway and close to the house, there is ample parking space available. The main entrance is accessible through the front garden and opens onto a large covered loggia. There is also a rear entrance leading directly into one of the bedrooms.

The living area is spacious and features a generously sized, modern kitchenette, a dining area and a cosy lounge corner for relaxing.

The sleeping area is separated from the living space by a few steps. It consists of two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom with shower.

Within just a few minutes by car, you can reach the southern part of Costa Rei, known as Sa Murta and Monte Nai. Here, ideal conditions await for swimming and relaxing along the seemingly endless sandy beach. If you venture into the vast hinterland of Castiadas, you will drive along straight roads lined with fruit plantations, fields, vineyards and olive groves. Especially characteristic of this region along the southeastern coast are its extensive citrus plantations.

In the northern part of Costa Rei, also known as Piscina Rei, beach life and soft sand take centre stage all year round. Mountain bike enthusiasts can enjoy exciting off-road tours from here towards Porto Pirastu and Capo Ferrato. Hikers should definitely plan a trek up Monte Ferru, the impressive mountain overlooking Costa Rei.

Due to the villa’s unique location, a car is necessary to reach the property as well as the beaches and local amenities, all of which can be reached within just a few minutes.
