Porto Istana is a gem on the north-east coast of Sardinia, with beautiful sandy beaches and an azure blue sea. The bay of Porto Istana is located at the foot of Capo Ceraso, a mountain range near Murta Mura. In less than twenty minutes you can drive to Olbia. From the beach you have a view of the majestic island of Tavolara, located in the protected marine area. Did you know that you can also snorkel and dive fantastic here? In the nearby town of Murta Maria you will find a supermarket and restaurant. Do you want more choice or take a nice walk? Then it is best to go to Olbia or Porto San Paolo.

The neat 2-under-1-roof house Villa Beatrice can accommodate eight people. Inside you will find a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area. Then there is a double room and from the hall you have access to two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fourth room has an en suite bathroom and is located outside the house. Air conditioning, a washing machine and dishwasher are available in this holiday home. Do you also want to fully enjoy the Italian outdoor life? That will certainly succeed in Villa Beatrice. The house has a large terrace with dining area, a barbecue and nice places to relax. The view over the bay is fantastic and from the house you can walk to the beach!

The spectacular beach of Porto Istana located on the headland Capo Ceraso with its powdery soft sand is one of the most popular beaches south of Olbia. Not without reason: the shallow water is fantastic for splashing, swimming and walking, so it is lively here at least in August. If you're looking for a deserted place, all you have to do is walk south along the beach. But it gets especially quiet when you dare to walk on the gravel roads on the Ceraso peninsula. Here several dead ends lead to fantastic bays by the sea. A signposted path leads to the "Stazione di Vedetta", an old viewpoint with fantastic views! Porto Istana belongs to the municipality of Olbia, the nearest town with shops and restaurants is Murta Maria.
