Villa L'Alba is tastefully and lovingly furnished with attention to detail. Its peaceful location in a quiet holiday village, just 5 minutes from the sea, offers everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The proximity to a supermarket, newsstand, bars, and pizzerias means you can easily manage without a car during your stay. We would be happy to discuss how to reach Costa Rei by public transport in person. A highlight of the house is the outdoor area: a large garden with a veranda and barbecue. At the rear of the garden, there is a utility room with a washing machine.

The property extends over two levels: On the ground floor there is a living area with a well-equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a small room with two single beds and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a small room with a bunk bed and a single bed, two bathrooms and a balcony with sea views.

Villa L'Alba is located in the quiet holiday home complex of Sa Murta Bassa, nestled among a group of holiday homes in the southern part of Costa Rei. The nearby beach, mainly used by local residents, is right on your doorstep and promises undisturbed swimming. For lunch, we recommend Ristorante Chaplin, known for its excellent fish and pasta dishes, as well as its family-friendly atmosphere and fair prices. Its central location allows you to reach supermarkets and the restaurants and bars of Costa Rei within minutes. Enjoy a refreshing aperitif at Su Nuraxi or treat yourself to delicious fish creations at Ristorante L'Aragosta by "Da Max." Other picturesque beaches are also easily accessible by car, such as Spiaggia di Santa Giusta, just 1.8 km away, or Spiaggia di Piscina Rei, 2 km away.
