Well maintained and very neatly furnished holiday villa on the Costa Rei with a view. The beach 400 meters away is also available as a supermarket, piazzetta and restaurant. The holiday house Villa Alessia on the southeast coast of Sardinia has three bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.

About the accommodation

Villa Alessia is located right next to Villa Monica and is almost identical. Both are located in a quiet position, above the endless beach of Costa Rei. In the large garden you have plenty of privacy and a beautiful view over the coast. There are also sun loungers available as well as an outdoor shower and a nice barbecue area. The large covered terrace offers a dining area.

Rooms

You can access Villa Alessia through the parking lot behind the house. Through the other garden gate at the front of the house, a footpath leads directly to the sea. Next to the front door is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, followed by the living room with fireplace. From the living room you look out on the covered veranda. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms sharing a large bathroom with a bathtub and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Activities

Close to the beach but absolutely quiet - the endless sandy beach of Costa Rei is just a five minute walk away. Anyone who knows this stretch of coast will appreciate this beach in the Turagri holiday complex, as only the locals and those who stay in the surrounding holiday apartments seek this beach. The supermarkets and restaurants, bars and pubs in the center of Costa Rei are also within walking distance.

Costa Rei

Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.). The area is popular among tourists because of the beautiful beaches with fine white sand and the sports facilities such as canoeing, sailing, surfing, diving and trekking.
