Apartment Niu Astori is located in a well-maintained townhouse complex on two levels, with access reserved exclusively for residents via an automatic gate leading to the parking area. From the private parking space, you can reach the few steps up to the apartment’s terrace via a short shared walkway. The apartment is centrally situated within the small complex. It offers spacious rooms suitable for up to two couples or a small family. It consists of:

Costa Rei
Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.). • Final cleaning (excluding kitchen): €75 (kitchen area excluded; if not left clean, an additional €50 will be charged)
• Security deposit: €300 (refundable upon departure)
