About the accommodation
The charming property consists of two separate buildings: the main villa, accommodating up to six guests, and an independent apartment suitable for a further four guests. The villa is located around 25 kilometres south of Olbia and 13 kilometres from San Teodoro. The beautiful sandy beach of Salina Bamba lies just 200 metres away and can easily be reached on foot. We also highly recommend visiting the nearby beaches of Lu Impostu and Cala Brandichi, often referred to as the “Tahiti of Sardinia” thanks to their fine white sand and crystal-clear water.
The villa
Villa Bouganville is set within a lush Mediterranean garden featuring a private swimming pool, several terraces, an outdoor dining area, sun loungers and parasols. Inside, the spacious living room opens directly onto the veranda. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The two double bedrooms and the twin bedroom enjoy direct access to the garden and offer views of either the pool or the sea.
The independent apartment, accommodating up to four guests, features a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Capo Coda Cavallo
Capo Coda Cavallo is a peninsula south of Olbia and near San Teodoro, in the northeast of Sardinia. Here you are rarely alone in the high season, because the wonderful sandy beaches of the peninsula are too beautiful. That is why we recommend renting a beautiful villa with pool, which is particularly comfortable and well equipped. In the shallow salt lake of Salina Bamba you can watch flamingos all year round, in the beautiful sandy bay Spiaggia della Farfalla you can rent sun loungers and inflatable boats and swim in any direction of the wind on the easternmost tip of the peninsula, the Punta Est - there is always a sheltered spot here. The water at the bay of Cala Brandinchi is so wonderfully shallow that even the Caribbean turns green with envy at this magnificent sight. The long bay of L'Impustu is also beautiful, but not infrequently plagued by wind. The area around Capo Coda Cavallo is therefore a perfect beach destination by the sea and you can also snorkel here. If you like going out and strolling around, we recommend a trip to San Teodoro.
