Villa Laura is located in the beatiful and highly sought-after coastal area of Santo Stefano on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia – one of the most beautiful corners of Villasimius. In addition, there is a second bathroom with shower, a comfortable living area with sofa and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The separate Sea Garden Suite offers an additional double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, a cosy living area with sofa and TV as well as a small kitchenette equipped with induction hob, small oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. This apartment also features its own private outdoor area with furnished portico and garden.
The villa intentionally does not have air conditioning. Thanks to its immediate proximity to the sea and the constant natural breeze, the house remains pleasantly cool even during the warmer months. All rooms are equipped with high-quality and silent designer ceiling fans. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machines, a safe, outdoor showers, private parking spaces and several furnished outdoor living areas.

Just a few minutes away by car are some of the island’s most famous beaches, including Porto Giunco, Punta Molentis, Simius and Campulongu – all renowned for their Caribbean-like turquoise water and fine white sand. The lively holiday town of Villasimius, with its restaurants, bars, small boutiques and charming aperitivo spots, is also easily reached within a short drive.
