About the accommodation
Pineta Uno’s 13 apartments are located in a shaded pine forest just 300 metres from the popular Baja Sardinia and 250 metres from the beach. The seaside towns on the Costa Smeralda, the pristine and rugged natural area in and around Tempio Pausania and the many sights in the northern part of the island are all within easy reach.
Apartments
Provided with a private patio or balcony, Residence Pineta Uno's apartments are located on the ground floor or first floor. Each apartment features a TV and a dishwasher as well as a washing machine (except for the mono apartments). The 3-room apartments have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the 4-room apartments have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartments can accommodate 2 - 6 guests.
Facilities
The strategic position of this intimate residence enables you to enjoy the many facilities in the vicinity, both on the beach and in the village. There’s a windsurfing and diving school within walking distance of the accommodation. In the city centre there are various restaurants, bars and supermarkets, at just 300 metres from Pineta Uno. Golf aficionados can visit the Pevero Golf Club (15 km). Kids can play to their heart’s content in the nearby waterpark Aquadream.

You will find the popular holiday destination in the Gallura, Baja Sardinia, on the northeastern point of the Gulf of Arzachena. In the heart of this beautiful holiday destination you will find the long bright sandy beach of Baja Sardinia.
When the luxury resorts on the Costa Smeralda were launched in the 1960s, they also invested in some kilometers to the west: construction began in 1961 in the bay that was then called Cala Battistoni. Baja Sardinia sounded better, so the coastal town - which today consists of villas and apartments hidden among the granite rocks and bushes of the maquis - was expanded with hotels and a small square with a promenade. Today the place is known for its beautiful beach, active nightlife and last but not least for the "Acquadream" pool.
In the low season it is particularly pleasant when the water in Baja Sardinia bay shimmers in every shade of blue imaginable. With a bit of luck and a clear view, you can see the Maddalena Islands and the mountains of the island Corsica.
