The quiet holiday complex in the northern half of the Costa Rei consists of functional terraced houses and holiday apartments. This apartment has a large, enclosed garden, a new kitchen and new sanitary facilities and can accommodate a family with up to 3 children, they can use the French bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room. There is a supermarket, restaurants and a pizzeria within walking distance. On the beautiful, endless beach of Costa Rei, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, there are also some beach lounges and restaurants open in the low season.

From the large, covered terrace you have a view of the enclosed garden of this semi-detached house. The living area with renovated kitchen and rustic dining area provides access to the double room and the children's room with an extra wide single bed (1.40 m), big enough for two small children. There is also a bathroom with a shower. A brick barbecue and outdoor shower are available in the rear part of the garden.
Activities
Central location - the endless sandy beach of the Costa Rei is only a five minute walk away, as are the restaurants, the supermarket and pizzeria in the northern part of Costa Rei. Almost only the locals and residents of the holiday complex use this beach area.

Costa Rei
Costa Rei is a seaside resort on the south-east coast of Sardinia within the municipality of Muravera. The area stretches from Porto Pirastu to Cala Sinzias. The heart of the village is located at the foot of the mountain Monte Nai (200 m.).
