Inside, the villa features a bright, open-plan living area with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and sea views, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable, air-conditioned rooms. With 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, Villa Sandra comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, offering thoughtfully designed spaces that combine comfort, privacy, and authentic Sardinian charm.

The villa consists of a single building divided into three separate living units that are not internally connected, all rented for exclusive use. The heart of the property is Living Unit 1, featuring a large glass frontage that opens onto a spacious open-plan living and dining area. Sofas, a TV and an open fireplace create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dining area opens directly onto the covered portico, ideal for shared meals outdoors. Adjacent are a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A few steps lead to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.
Living Unit 2 has a separate ground-floor entrance with kitchenette and bathroom with shower; a staircase leads to a twin bedroom on the upper level – ideal for teenagers, friends or guests seeking greater independence.
Living Unit 3, located at the rear of the villa, offers an open-plan living/sleeping area with kitchenette, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a private outdoor area furnished with seating.

Outdoor spaces include a private swimming pool, several seating and sunbathing areas, and a garden designed for relaxation. An outdoor shower, barbecue facilities and a small unfurnished terrace with breathtaking sea views complete the offer. The laundry room is located outside, beneath the staircase leading to the terrace. All areas of the villa are air-conditioned, ensuring comfortable living even on hot summer days.

Torre delle Stelle is an ideal holiday destination for those seeking peace and relaxation while still appreciating short distances. The nearby beach of Genn’e e Mari invites guests to swim and snorkel in crystal-clear waters, while the varied coastline provides perfect conditions for stand-up paddling. Within the village itself, several restaurants, a pizzeria, two supermarkets and small kiosks are available, where sun loungers, parasols or pedal boats can also be rented. Thanks to its convenient location, the villa is also an excellent base for excursions to Cagliari, the famous beaches of Villasimius, or the wide sandy bays of Kal’e Moru, Solanas and the Costa Rei. Nature lovers will find attractive hiking and mountain biking opportunities in the Monte Sette Fratelli mountain range, located around four kilometres away.

Only around 50 metres separate the property from the crystal-clear bay of Cann’e Sisa, where you can reach the fine sand barefoot and step straight into the clear, turquoise water. Other beaches such as Kala e Moru and Solanas are within easy reach, making Villa Sandra an ideal base for exploring the diverse coastline of southern Sardinia.
